Our shipping service covers the European Union (excluding Malta, Cyprus and the outermost regions of the EU) and the United Kingdom. Please note that deliveries to PO boxes are currently not possible.

We will endeavour to deliver your goods on an agreed specific date, with any special delivery times noted on the product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.
For damaged, defective or incorrectly received products, as well as discrepancies in quantity or quality compared to your order confirmation, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the products. Please provide clear photos and we will make every reasonable effort to help you.

Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occur (e.g. adverse weather, traffic, road conditions, production delays) which may affect delivery. We will not be liable for delays caused by such circumstances. In the event of delays, an alternative delivery date will be offered. Large order quantities or other unforeseen events may also extend delivery times, as indicated on the product page.
In the event of a product lost during transit, we reserve the right to conduct a full investigation and search, which may take up to 30 days. During this period, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund or to re-ship the same product. We will keep you informed of the progress and results of the investigation in order to take appropriate, reasonable action.
