Collection: Rules of the competition
By submitting an entry (“Submission”) to an official Yoloway Bike contest (each, a “Contest”), you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following Contest rules (“Rules”):
- Eligibility: The Promotion is open to all legal residents of Europe and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Yoloway Bike, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
- Agreement to Rules: By participating, you as the entrant ("you") agree to be fully bound by these Rules, represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria, and accept Yoloway Bike's decisions as final and binding.
- How to enter: All entries must be verified by Yoloway Bike and meet all stated requirements to be eligible for the prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not comply with the rules may be disqualified at the discretion of Yoloway Bike. Each entrant may only enter once and must accurately provide the information requested.
- The Prize: The details of the prize will be determined solely by Yoloway Bike. No cash alternative or alternative prize conversions are permitted. All expenses associated with the prize, including taxes, are the sole responsibility of the entrant. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Yoloway Bike to use the entrant's name, likeness and entry for advertising and promotional purposes.
- Notification of Prize Redemption: Entrants' entries will be verified by Yoloway Bike and entrants will be notified via email or direct message within seven (7) calendar days. Yoloway Bike is not responsible for failure to receive notifications due to spam, junk email or incorrect contact information. Failure to claim the prize within 15 calendar days may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate entrant.
- Rights Granted to You: By participating, you grant Yoloway Bike the right to use your entry and related information for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
- Terms and Conditions: Yoloway Bike reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion in the event of fraud or other circumstances beyond its control. Participants agree to release Yoloway Bike from any liability arising from participation in the promotion.
- Limitation of Liability: Participants release Yoloway Bike from any liability arising from participation in the promotion.
- Disputes: All disputes arising out of the Promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in courts located in California under California law.
- Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to Yoloway Bike's Privacy Policy.
- List of Participants: To obtain a copy of the participant's name or these Official Rules, email support@yolowaybike.com .
- Sponsor: The sponsor of the campaign is Yoloway Bike.
- Facebook: The promotion organized by Yoloway Bike is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Facebook.
- Acknowledgement and Agreement: By participating in the Promotion, you expressly accept and agree to all Official Rules.
