Collection: Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@yolowaybike.com immediately after placing your order. Orders cancelled before shipment will not incur a handling fee. However, if the order has already been shipped, a handling fee of 180€ will be deducted. Detailed handling fees for other products are as follows:

Exchange Policy: Before Shipping:

  • A free exchange is offered for products of the same price.

  • If you wish to switch to another model, you are responsible for covering the price difference between the products.

  • If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will be charged an 8% fee.

Sent but not received:

  • Exchanges are not possible once the package has been successfully shipped.

Delivered (exchange within 14 days):

  • Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Make sure the bike is unused, free from dirt, dust and odors and in its original packaging and condition.

  • Customers bear the costs for return shipping:

  • 180€ for the bike

  • 30€ for accessories

  • 80€ for the battery

  • If you change to another model, customers will bear the shipping costs of 180€ and the price difference.

Return policy:

  • Returns can be initiated within 14 days of e-bike delivery. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

  • Customers must contact support@yolowaybike.com to obtain return authorization before starting the process.

  • A rejected package incurs a fee of 180€.

  • To initiate a return, please ensure that the bike is unused, free from dirt, dust and odors, and in its original packaging and condition.

  • Yolowaybike will provide the shipping label; do not ship the items yourself before you receive the label.

  • Customers bear the return shipping costs of 180€.

Used items:

  • Returns of used items will not be accepted, except in rare cases of breakage or malfunction.

Damage and problems:

  • Report defective or damaged products with photos or videos within 7 days of receiving the goods for an exchange or compensation. Yolowaybike will cover the return (exchange) shipping fee.

  • For returns without quality defects, customers bear the cost of return shipping.

  • Certain items, including used merchandise, batteries, special orders, special offers, gift cards, and gift orders, are not accepted for return except in extreme cases of breakage or malfunction under warranty.

Return and exchange process:

  • Contact support@yolowaybike.com for approval.

  • If approved, you will receive a shipping label from Yolowaybike; do not ship the items yourself.

  • Please provide the tracking number after returning the items.

  • Once received, returns or exchanges will take 3-6 business days to process.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Customers will be notified when the refund is approved and it will automatically be refunded to the original method of payment.

Note: Unauthorized returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please follow the requirements stated to avoid this.
